First stage nearly finished as I do have understanding of the main part of the code. Detailed study of Model-building part of the code will take place tomorrow and over weekend.
I was able to re-run the experiments and analyse the results. I wasn't able to run the experiments as many times as in the paper, however mainly the fitness over time results corresponded to previously observed ones. The run times were in most cases quite different (same applies to structure learning times).
